<p><strong>Theoretical</strong> <strong>Framework:</strong> The Brachistochrone problem involves a trajectory in which a particle, subject to a constant gravitational field, without friction, and with zero initial velocity, moves between two points in the shortest time interval. The tautochrone is the curve in which the time spent by an object to slide frictionlessly in uniform gravity to its lowest point is independent of its starting point.</p>
<p><strong>Method:</strong> The methodology used to construct the educational product was based on Design Thinking (DT), divided into stages defined as immersion, interpretation, ideation, prototyping, and development.</p>
<p><strong>Results and Discussion:</strong> Through experimentation with the use of the educational product, it was observed that the time to traverse the cycloid, even with a greater distance covered, is less than the time to traverse a straight path, showing that the shortest distance between two points is not the path taken in the least time.</p>
<p><strong>Research Implications:</strong> As it involves the manual construction of an educational product, group discussions necessarily occur, seeking solutions for construction and theory verification. It serves as a tool that aids in forming new concepts and can enhance participation in Physics class discussions.</p>
<p><strong>Originality/Value:</strong> This study contributes to the experimental teaching of Physics as an excellent tool, being a simple experiment that encourages students to question and analyze the physical situation as a whole.</p>}, number={5}, journal={International Journal of Professional Business Review}, author={de Sousa, Luis Gustavo Belarmino and Lima, Luiz Paulo Fernandes}, year={2024}, month={May}, pages={e04436} }
