The methodology of this research is through a statistical-descriptive analysis using the survey technique and the Likert scale where the score is detailed on a scale of 1 to 5, the value of 1 means very dissatisfied and the score 5 is very satisfied. These data were collected through a survey applied to religious tourists and pilgrims during the time of pilgrimage. The factors included in the survey encompass three blocks: the supply, infrastructure and superstructure of the area. Through the development of the field research, the results that are manifested in the different opinions of the respondents are presented, based on this, the level of satisfaction of the religious and pilgrim tourist is determined, as well as the real motivations that drive the development of this modality of tourism in the area, the vision and the tourist experience that the religious pilgrim tourist has in this locality.
